We moved with Camovers in July 2021 and I am writing this review very belatedly but it is well deserved. They were reasonably priced and very professional. Prompt - both in communication leading up to the move and on moving day. Covid conscious, wore masks the whole time. Very careful with all of our things. No damage to any furniture. Movers were crazy strong and efficient - they were not dragging their feet as some movers do !!! Hired from the Camovers Website, moving home from Barrie to Toronto. Truck came on time as promised between 8am-8:30am. I was happy with the 2 movers named Serge and Eugene. My house was for sale, and she saw the furniture I had that I was gonna be moving. I spent a couple of weeks looking for a reputable moving company. It appears that movers get a ton of complaints which is very confusing when trying to select the right company. Even the largest movers have a lot of bad reviews. I chose Best Moves because they were referred by 2 consumer watchdog websites that claimed they are one of the best!! If you live in Toronto, don't look for another company. Best Moves are aptly named. We had to move house from Thornhill to N.York. The team worked tirelessly to pack our apartment up and then load the van in not very nice conditions. The three men they sent to do the move were efficient, careful, respectful of our property, flexible, polite, hard-working and friendly. And they were the most reasonably priced. When the weather looked like an issue, they were quick to point out the rate was fixed regardless.
